High-performance 6-axis MEMS IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) (3-axis gyroscope + 3-axis accelerometer), AEC‑Q100 qualified. It features an ultra-wide angular rate range and is suitable for high-speed rotation and high-shock dynamic applications.

Built on Murata’s capacitive 3D-MEMS technology with integrated ASIC signal processing and SafeSPI v2.0 digital output. Compared with SCH16T‑K01, it offers a much higher gyroscope full scale, ideal for high-speed moving equipment. SOIC‑24 surface-mount package.
