The SCH16T series delivers industry-leading low gyro noise floor and flexible digital output options, ideal for demanding applications.

  • Acceleration measurement range: ±16 g (SCH16T-K10) or ±8 g (SCH16T-K01 & SCH16T-K20)

  • Auxiliary digital accelerometer channel with dynamic range up to ±26 g (SCH16T-K10 & SCH16T-K01 only)

  • Gyro bias instability as low as 0.3 °/hr (SCH16T-K01 & SCH16T-K20) or 2 °/hr (SCH16T-K10)

  • Gyro noise density as low as 0.4 m°/s/√Hz (SCH16T-K01 & SCH16T-K20) or 6 m°/s/√Hz (SCH16T-K10)

  • Configurable output interpolation and decimation

  • Data-ready output, timestamp indexing and SYNC input for clock domain synchronization

  • Operating temperature range: −40 °C to 110 °C

  • Supply voltage: 3.0 V to 3.6 V; I/O supply: 1.7 V to 3.6 V

  • SafeSPI v2.0 interface

  • Selectable 20-bit / 16-bit output data via SPI frames

  • Advanced self-diagnostic system with over 200 internal monitoring signals, automatically reporting sensor status in every SPI frame
