Murata 3-axis industrial high-precision MEMS accelerometer (for tilt measurement)

Capacitive 3D-MEMS, featuring high stability, vibration resistance and low temperature drift. ⚠️ It is an accelerometer only, without gyroscope (fundamentally different from the 6-axis IMU BMI270).

 Functions

1. Measures static gravitational acceleration on XYZ axes to calculate tilt angles (for static leveling)

2. Detects low-frequency vibration, static attitude and slow tilt variation

3. Outputs stable acceleration data for MCU to perform tilt compensation and attitude calculation

> Key note: Suitable for static / quasi-static tilt measurement. Not for high-speed dynamic attitude or fast rotation (no gyroscope). Built-in damping prevents tilt readings from jumping under heavy vibration, which is its biggest advantage.
