LSM6DSK320XTR is a high-end six axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) launched by STMicroelectronics (ST). Its biggest highlight is the built-in dual accelerometers, which can simultaneously monitor daily posture and severe impacts.

What scenarios can be functionally replaced (requiring board and software modifications)

If the customer's requirements are: flight control, gimbal, equipment impact recording, industrial vibration monitoring, sports wear, the ICM42688 can be completely replaced in terms of functionality and upgraded in performance; If it is an existing PCB mass production and you do not want to change the hardware or driver, it cannot be directly replaced.

LSM6DSK320XTR is a high-end dual accelerometer six axis IMU from ST, equipped with 320g impact detection, strong anti vibration, and built-in AI. It is benchmarked against TDK ICM42688 and has undergone a comprehensive performance upgrade. However, the pins and registers are not compatible and cannot be directly replaced. Hardware and driver programs need to be adjusted
