Murata industrial-grade high-performance 3-axis digital MEMS accelerometer. It adopts Murata’s proprietary capacitive 3D-MEMS technology paired with a dedicated ASIC signal processing chip. The sensor features excellent long-term bias stability, ultra-low noise and robust vibration resistance over wide temperature range. It targets high-precision industrial tilt measurement, inertial measurement and structural monitoring applications.
