Screen printing: print short code 110UY on the body, do not print the complete model; Identify the anode A and the cathode K.

Packaging: coil packaging, 750 pcs / plate; MSL-1, no humidity sensitivity, SMT direct reflow soldering.

III. Core features of the product

1kV high voltage + 75ns ultra-fast soft recovery, soft switching characteristics, suppress switching spikes, reduce EMI electromagnetic interference, suitable for high-frequency switching circuit continuous current, absorption buffer (Snubber), transformer demagnetization, voltage clamping scenarios STMicroele...。

Automotive grade AEC‑ Q101 certification, wide junction temperature, can be used in harsh automotive high temperature environment.

SMBflat flat chip, compared with the traditional DO-41 straight plug STTH110, saves space and is suitable for automated chip production.

It has strong surge tolerance, can withstand 20A short-term surge current, and is resistant to pulse load.

⚠️Note: Not Schottky diode, PN junction fast recovery; Attention should be paid to heat dissipation in high-pressure conditions, and a certain amount of heat will be generated under the condition of 1A current, so the PCB needs to have enough copper foil for heat dissipation.
