Package: LGA-14 no-pin surface mount package, bottom pad, no outer pins, pads facing down for PCB soldering

Top surface screen printing: chip engraving code I467P+ production batch number, will not print complete model ICM‑ 42607-P;There is a positioning notch mark on one corner and the 1st pin.

V. Shortcomings and Precautions in Selection

Consumer-grade device, does not support automotive applications, no automotive certification, cannot be used in automotive electronics

LGA‑ 14 bottom pad package, high requirements for PCB pad, steel mesh, and SMT process, soldering false welding directly causes data anomaly

Power consumption increases in high-speed sampling mode; To pursue low power consumption, you need to make compromises by reducing the output sampling rate.

There is an inherent zero bias at the factory, and high-precision attitude projects must be calibrated and compensated by software.

No magnetometer, not 9-axis, heading calculation requires external magnetic sensor
