Main Features

Synchronous Buck Step-Down Conversion: Steps down high input voltage to lower output voltage. Synchronous topology delivers higher efficiency and lower heat generation compared with asynchronous diode solutions.

Fast Transient Response: Low voltage fluctuation under sudden load changes, ideal for ripple-sensitive loads such as MCUs and sensors (e.g. power supply for STM32H7 and IMU sensors).

Programmable Soft Start: Controls slow ramp-up of output voltage during power-on, suppresses inrush current and protects downstream chips.

LDO Dropout Mode: Automatically enters dropout operation when input voltage is close to output voltage to maintain regulation.
