MSL Level: Level-1, moisture-proof, no strict control, RoHS compliant, industrial temperature grade

Appearance: square QFN package, 3mm × 4mm × 1.0mm, four-corner pins, large exposed pads on the bottom for heat dissipation;The top surface of the chip is printed with "9447" and batch code, suitable for high-density PCB layout, and the heat sink pad must be well grounded for large current applications.
