Brand: TDK-Tronics (a division of TDK), high-temperature closed-loop single-axis MEMS accelerometer, specifically developed for extreme high-temperature and high-vibration environments during oil and gas well drilling with MWD, serving as a replacement for quartz accelerometers.
What is it
Closed-loop architecture single-axis accelerometer, ceramic hermetically sealed packaging, 24-bit SPI digital output; divided into two sub-models:
AXO315T0:‑30℃ ~ +150℃
AXO315T1: -30℃ ~ +175℃ (Maximum temperature resistance 175℃)
Differences from ordinary AXO315: The ordinary AXO315 has a maximum temperature of +105℃; the AXO315T series enhances high-temperature reliability and has been verified to operate continuously under high temperature conditions underground for over 1000 hours.

Main functions
1. Measure acceleration and gravity components with high precision using a single axis, and calculate the inclination angle
2. Closed-loop architecture, which suppresses vibration rectification errors in strong vibration environments during drilling, ensuring no drift in inclination data
3. 24bit SPI digital output, eliminating the need for an external ADC and simplifying the downhole circuit
4. Built-in continuous hardware self-diagnosis, reporting sensor faults in real time
5. Full temperature calibration at the factory reduces the workload of customer compensation for complete machines
Scope of Application
1. Measurement While Drilling (MWD) (main scenario): directional drilling downhole probe, high-temperature inclination and deviation measurement in the well, replacing expensive quartz accelerometers
