I. Appearance and packaging

Package: HLGA-10 (10-pin fully molded through-hole LGA)

Size: 2.0 × 2.0 ×0.76 mm, ultra-small chip;Roll-up TR packaging, shipped in trays.

Top surface: square light-sensitive / pressure-sensitive window (microporous, external air pressure enters the MEMS diaphragm), silk-screen code C052; 10 gold-plated square pads at the bottom, arranged in a circle, with no pins protruding.

Package features: full molded structure, all internal bonding wires are protected by molded packaging, only 20μm micro-holes are connected to the outside world, anti-salt fog, reliability is better than traditional cavity LGA, can withstand 2200 kg impact

III. Working principle

Using ST VENSENS piezoresistive MEMS process, the silicon suspended diaphragm is deformed by air pressure, and the change of piezoresistive resistance converts the electrical signal; The internal integrated ADC and temperature compensation circuit directly output the calibrated digital pressure and temperature data, and the MCU reads the register data through I2C/SPI, without the need for an external compensation circuit.
