Murata original industrial-grade high-precision 3-axis MEMS accelerometer. It adopts capacitive 3D-MEMS technology, featuring ultra-low zero-point drift, long-term stability and low noise. This pure accelerometer chip comes without gyroscope, with SPI digital output and 12-pin SMD package. It is specially developed for outdoor deployment, long-term unattended operation and harsh industrial environments. Its biggest advantage is that zero-point recalibration is rarely required throughout the full product lifecycle.
