EFS22D67-03 is a feedback-type surface potential sensor from TDK EFS Series, supplied as an integrated complete module consisting of a probe, cable and drive PCB.It is specially designed to measure the electrostatic potential on the surface of charged carriers such as photoreceptor drums and electrostatic rollers, and is primarily applied in color copiers, laser printers and industrial electrostatic inspection equipment.
It adopts a tuning-fork piezoelectric vibrating chopper structure paired with self-developed feedback circuitry. The probe electrode maintains the same potential as the measured surface, eliminating errors caused by sensing distance and ambient temperature/humidity to achieve high-precision electrostatic voltage measurement.
