SCH1633-D01 is a Murata automotive-grade 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), integrating a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer.

SCH1633-D01 is an automotive-grade 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) manufactured by Murata. It integrates a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer based on MEMS capacitive technology, housed in an SOIC24 package. Certified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive standards and compliant with ISO 26262 functional safety ASIL-B, it is Murata’s new-generation high-precision gyroscope for vehicle navigation.Function: It captures real-time equipment attitude, angular velocity and acceleration data to support dead reckoning, positioning, attitude correction and multi-sensor fusion.
12mm × 14mm × 3mm, SOIC-24 surface-mount package, compatible with SMT soldering, supplied in tape-and-reel form.
Gyroscope: Default ±300°/s, software-switchable to ±125 °/s or ±62.5 °/s
